Complete mount kit for your 84-87 Fiero to mount a 3800 V-6 (L36, L67, L26, L32) and F40 6 speed manual transmission. (2006-2007 Pontiac G6) It mounts to the factory cradle with minimal modifications. Some holes may need slotted because of variations in cradles/engine/transmission differences. All cradle and engine/transmission setups are different.
This kit uses off the shelf Axles from a 2005-2007 Chevy Cobalt, 2004-2007 Saturn Ion, GM-8217 along with a off the shelf intermediate shaft from a 2011-2015 Buick Regal GS, GM#22910265 Due to the use of a intermediate shaft and the interference with the factory oil filter location a remote oil filter is needed and included with this kit. This allows you to run a much larger oil filter than the small stock one.
The kit includes the following along with all the required bolts and hardware. All mounts are powder coated Black. Red polyurethane bushings are standard.
-Complete Front engine mount with poly bushings
- Complete front and rear transmission mounts with poly bushing
-Low mount alternator bracket/tensioner bracket and upper dog bone mount
-Remote mount oil filter kit (6061 Aluminum adapter, filter housing, Premade 8AN lines and fittings.)
-6061 Aluminum intermediate shaft mount
-2 new inner axle seals for the Fiero knuckles that fit the new axles
Shift cable brackets are available from https://fieroguruperformance.com Buyer also must provide the belt tensioner and belt. Part numbers for those parts are included with purchace.
