These are brand new gear sets, final drive pinion/shaft and differential assembly. "FY1" 3.63 final drive. These are gears are the perfect match to the 3800 powerband. They will fit into the 2000-2002 Cavalier/Sunfire F23 transmission. The differential will need shimmed to the new case. Specialized tools are needed to split open the F23 and a very large press is needed to disassemble and reassemble the new pinion.
Only purchase the gear set if you have these tools or know someone with them. If you don't have these tools I can install them into your F23. You must ship or deliver your f23 to me, I'm located in Lincoln, NE. Transmission must be in good working condition, additional cost for repairs or replacement parts.
